At what age did you start smoking?

`I sneaked my first cigarette in the bathroom when I was 8 and loved it right away. Since my mom always smoked she could not tell I smoked in another room so I was able to smoke regularly right away. By the time I was ten, I smoked a pack a day and it became tiresome going to the bathroom so often so one day I asked mom for a cigarette and she was ok with giving me one to my surprise. When my friends came over they were envious that I could light up in front of my mom. Can't live without them now and enjoy every puff.

what are the benefits of smoking?
I feel less discomfort walking up stairs.
It helped my knees.
