`Both matters, not equally though. An ugly woman can smoke like a pro, that is still not sexy. So the woman should be cute but I do not care about what she wears, for me that is not what this fet--- is about. However, smoking style is more important for me, that shows that the woman is experienced which means she loves and enjoys smoking, which is the sexiest thing in this fetish. I love most of the 'tricks' like nose exhale, french inhale, snap inhale. I love when after the exhale there's still smoke in her lungs that comes out at the next breath. What I really hate is fake smoking, that is big turn-off.
