Possible new job but hear they are doing a smoking ban!

Ok, I have been wanting to get into this company, even took extra courses to qualify. Now I hear that they may start a policy of not hiring smokers!

I love my smokes....the last thing I want to have to do is quit. Its my only vice and I enjoy it so much.

So now what? I can go all work day without a smoke when I am up there or in classes, but that smoke when I leave is golden! I know most places do a drug test for nicotine so theres no way of hiding it.....unless I quit smoking long enough to get in the door.........

I wonder how long it takes to get nicotine out of your system, lol, and who's head I would rip off in that amount of time?

Any one face this dilemma? Anyone have any answers for me?

`Just tell them you don't smoke, no company can stop you smoking outside work hours or even outside work premises, what you do in your own time is your business
