Nose Exhaling

How many women here exhaling the smoke from their nose? Do you do this naturally or is it something you think about? I just strikes me that some women enjoy doing it while other women seem to be dead-set against it.

I'm almost old enough to remember that there were certain etiquettes that women had to subscribe to, and nostrill exhales was one of them. I find myself nostrill exhaling more often than not, but I do it pretty absent-mindedly. I find that it's good for hitting those extra few mucous membranes that didn't get hit on the inhale.

Jacki, this is sort of what I was alluding to. The etiquette guide that your friend sent you says women should not. And then you immediately say this is your preferred method of exhaling. At what point did nostril exhaling become your preferred exhale method, and is there any particular reason that you started to do this regularly?

I don't remember when, it just came naturally. Another one that makes me laugh is "no dangling". Might have worked well for June Cleaver (did she smoke?), but unlike June, who only had a home to maintain, I not only also had a home to maintain, but had to balance that with a full-time career and being a single mother. Being I was always on the go, I'm afraid I "dangled" a couple of times. I'm such a bad girl, I guess.

I very rarely see women dangling their cigarette. I think that this is still some sort of unspoken taboo. Even more rare is the smoker that has no problem not just dangling the cigarette in the mouth, but also dragging, and especially nose exhaling, while dangling. I think this is definitely a sign of someone that has been smoking for many years.

I like to dangle too, I dont think its unladylike. Its just easier when your typing or doing something else.

I hate to see dangling from some tired old hag that's given up even trying to look good.
Nostril exhales can be hot. A woman mixing in a few nostril exhales shows that she really enjoys smoking. It shows she likes the different taste and feel of smoking that way.

I agree, its not unladylike and as Jacki says sometimes you have to. Examples where i dangle my ciggie are hanging out washing, putting on clothing , taking money from my purse or collecting things from and locking my car. I guess the more you smoke the more likely to dangle. I suppose we are all "very bad girls"

I think that nothing looks sexier than a nice nose exhale!! and it gives an extra kick (taste) .
if sombody exhales through the nose, u can see that he/ she is an experienced smoker!!

It's interesting to see a piece of literature written on the subject, lol. I wonder where it came from? I must say I don't agree with the "never blow smoke through the nostrils." I think it's very attractive for ladies to do. I'm a guy, but at least some of my smoke exits my nose on every drag, it's become quite natural for me. I'd imagine it becomes every bit as natural for a woman.

Nothing wrong with nose exhales! I think it looks very sexy, and I'm glad I read I'm not the only one! Well, I'm male, and nose exhales are a very natural part of my smoking style.

i don't think ladies who exhale through their noses or dangle are bad girls....but they are the sexiest smokers there are! I love to see a lady take a long deep drag and then exhale it through her nose ...Jacki, you are beautiful babe
