Albionmoonlite: I think only lighting up"with fingers assisting" looks timid, not
lady- like. A lady should feel comfortable holding a cigarette in her mouth hands-free and in no great hurry prior to lighting up. A pretty woman with a
long cigarette tucked between her lips-smiling, listening, and making eye contact--looks so elegant and beautiful to me it's agonizing not to kiss her on the spot!
