`To be honest, every friend I have that was a smoker and got pregnant only "cut down" while telling everyone they quit. I think its sexy. I wouldn't encourage anyone to keep smoking while pregnant, but I also don't help them quit either....

As to if I would smoke if pregnant. I've thought about it and I hope that I would, but seriously doubt it. I'd cut down greatly though.

I'm not too sure I find smoking sexy in pregnant women to be honest ( not that I find females attractive at all!) but whether I could quit is another question. I think I would try and cut down and would certainly start again after the birth, I just enjoy it too much! :)

Millions of women smoke and give birth to perfectly healthy babies. In moderation, there is nothing wrong with it. If the expectant mother can quit, fine, but otherwise, people need to lay off and leave her alone. It is her body and it is perfectly legal.

And yes, there is something, I must admit, sexy about a woman enjoying her cigarette in spite of the strongest taboos and displeasure that society throws at her.

`Actually as a smoking fetishist I find pregnant smokers sexy. Maybe it is the fact that they love to smoke so much that they can't or don't want to stop. Perhaps if it was my wife with my baby I would have different thoughts, but I am not sure. It would be confusing for sure :)

`I fully agree to hgabka´s post, that a pregnant smoker is sexy, because their addiction for smoking is so great, that she smokes in spite of all hostilities, that society throws at her. The second part hoever is a clear case of double standards. Two times I had relation to pregnant smokers and I loved to see them chain smoking. We walked around in the cities and enjoyed to see the unsympathetic expression of most of the observers. It was a great pleasure.

I do not dissagree with women who smoke. Actually I saw one today, nice pregnant belly and sucking on a cigarette. It certainly didn't turn me off because I think a pregnant woman is sexy and I think women smoking is sexy so put the two together and why would anyone be offended by it.
