EXCELLENT PHYSIQUE I am originally from West Virginia and after graduating from college lived or had extended job assignments in St. Louis, MO; Chicago, IL; Charleston, WV; Greenville, SC; and Harrisburg, PA prior to moving to Lancaster, PA in 1984. Although I like this area, I am not adverse to relocating to another city or part of the country in the future. I have been working very hard during the last few years and am ready to have some fun and meet new people. I am self employed as a Realtor / business broker and manage real estate investments I own. Most of my time over the last few years has been spent on an industrial real estate project that I purchased from a bank (fore-closure). However, it came with numerous problems to solve including structural, parking, road access, deferred maintenance, environmental, subdivision and land use approval, legal, and others.

Personally, I am very down to earth and do not enjoy being around pretentious people.

I am interested in meeting a female who is reasonably good looking and actually think it very attractive if she smokes. I tend to be very affectionate which hopefully will be appreciated and reciprocated. A great test is when you can say it really does not matter what we do as long as we are together.

Unfortunately, I have had a shortage of fun over the last few years due to alot of work related responsibilities. I anticipate having more free time in the future than in the past. At this point in my life, having a special female companion to do things together would be a good start. I like good conversation, the beach environment, watching the history channel, live theater (not musicals), renting movies, traveling to other cities, trying different restaurants, driving my Corvette convertible, working out with weights, and participating in (not watching) sports.
